根据冷却系统的设计要求,多数主流散热器盖的压力阀设定值为1.1至1.3巴。通过内部压力弹簧与密封圈的协同作用,实现了双重压力管理:当发动机运转导致冷却液受热膨胀,系统压力上升至设定阈值时,压力阀自动开启,将高温气体及部分冷却液引入副水箱以释放压力,从而防止水箱及管道因高压而爆裂。
反之,当发动机熄火冷却时,冷却液收缩形成真空,此时散热器盖上的真空阀开启,将储存在副水箱中的冷却液吸回主水箱,完成循环与回收过程。

该“泄压-恢复”机制基于沸点与压力之间的物理关系——压力每增加6.89千帕,冷却液沸点便上升1.66摄氏度。经过增压处理后,冷却液沸点可从108摄氏度提升至112摄氏度以上,有效避免高温工况下的“沸腾溢出”,保障冷却系统持续高效运行。

Original equipment manufacturer (OEM) radiator caps from brands like LiuGong and Komatsu are structurally highly compatible with their respective cooling systems, offering superior sealing performance and durability compared to generic parts, effectively reducing maintenance frequency.
